Project Overview

This project involved upgrades to the 3rd floor office spaces, WC areas, lift lobby, and terrace. The works focus on modernising the space while maintaining high-quality finishes and improving energy efficiency.

Works included:

  • Strip out existing partitions, kitchenette, lighting, and AC units to create an open-plan workspace. Replace all data cabling and floor boxes .

  • Remove and replace existing AC units with Mitsubishi PLFY-P-VEM, including calculations for heating/cooling loads .

  • Install new LED lighting throughout, activated by zonal PIR sensors, ensuring compliance with LG7 requirements .

  • Lay herringbone Amtico FORM tiles with self-levelling latex screed and sound proof underlay.

  • Conduct asbestos surveys, ensure fire safety compliance, and issue NICEIC certificates for electrical installations following remedial works .
