Arden Contracts Limited delivers fit-out, refurbishment, alteration and maintenance as principal contractor across Greater London and the Home Counties, on JCT contracts up to £1.5 million — in the commercial, industrial, high-end residential, education, healthcare and retail sectors. How we work

• Occupied, operational buildings. Most of our work is carried out in buildings that stay in use. We plan the programme, access and logistics around the people using the space, and keep disruption to a minimum.

• A single point of accountability. As principal contractor under JCT, Arden carries the project from tender to completion — one team responsible for programme, cost, quality and safety.

• Well-run sites, properly recorded. Careful sequencing, contemporaneous records and clean, efficient site working from start to handover.

• A disciplined close-out. Snagging, handover and a straightforward final account — a large part of why more than nine in ten of our projects are for clients who have worked with us before.
