Project Overview

Strip-out and refurbishment of a 500 sq ft commercial unit in central London, returned to a clean, lettable standard on a fast programme. Following a refurbishment and demolition survey, Arden stripped out all tenant-installed fixtures and fittings, capped off the remaining services, and installed a new electrical board with emergency and temporary lighting. The shopfront was redecorated and new ironmongery fitted to complete the works.
