Extensive refurbishment and repairs were carried out to the front elevation and roof of this fully occupied 4 storey commercial property. Works included:

• Monoflex sheeted scaffold with monitored 24 hour alarm
• Full external elevation works including stone and brick cleaning, repointing and localised repairs
• Asphalt repairs and solar reflective painting to roof
• Application of IKO Polimar liquid plastic roof system
• Timber repairs to window frames and cills using  Repair Care system
• Decorations to previously painted surfaces including windows, masonry details, rainwater goods and railings
• Moulding and fixing of bespoke lead detailing
