Accreditations

Arden Contracts Limited holds four independent accreditations, evidence of our standards in professional competence, health and safety, and procurement.

CIOB Chartered Building Company — Chartered Building Company status from the Chartered Institute of Building, held since 1991, recognising that Arden is led by professionally qualified managers working to the CIOB’s standards of competence, ethics and best practice.

SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement) — Registered under SSIP, the industry’s mutual-recognition scheme for health and safety pre-qualification, so our competence is assessed once and accepted across all member schemes.

SafeContractor — An independent, SSIP-accredited assessment of our health and safety management, confirming our policies, procedures and competence meet a recognised national standard for safe working.

Constructionline — Membership of Constructionline, the UK’s leading procurement certification, pre-qualifying Arden against the health and safety, financial, environmental and quality standards (the Common Assessment Standard) used by public and private sector buyers.
