Established in 1989, Arden Contracts Limited is a privately owned London principal contractor specialising in fast-track fit-out and high-quality interior and exterior refurbishment. We work across the commercial, industrial, high-end residential, education, healthcare and retail sectors in Greater London and the Home Counties, on JCT contracts valued up to £1.5 million.

Most of our work is carried out in occupied, operational buildings, where the programme, access and disruption have to be managed carefully around the people using the space. Delivering a high-quality finish with the least possible disruption is where we have built our reputation — and it is why more than nine in ten of our projects are for clients who have instructed us before.

Arden Contracts Limited has held CIOB Chartered Building Company status since 1991, and is accredited with Constructionline and SafeContractor.
