Project Overview
Complete refurbishment of the common areas of a four-storey, multi-occupancy commercial building, carried out while the building remained fully in use by its tenants. New female, male and disabled WCs were installed throughout with new tiling, alongside extensive ceiling repairs, new lighting to the common areas and new carpets, with all new and previously painted surfaces redecorated. To avoid disrupting occupiers, the works were programmed out of hours and phased so the common areas stayed available throughout.

Strip-out of existing fixtures and fittings
