Project Overview
External repair and redecoration to the front and rear elevations of a listed building in the heart of Covent Garden, requiring sensitive treatment of the historic fabric throughout. From a fully designed scaffold, Arden carried out masonry repairs and cleaning to the front, rear and side elevations, repaired the roof, and undertook extensive Timbercare and sash-window restoration with glazing repairs. All previously painted surfaces were redecorated to complete the works on this prominent and sensitive Covent Garden frontage.
