Project Overview

Refurbishment of a six-storey commercial building in the centre of London, including specialist restoration of its timber flooring. The headline element was the specialist sanding and sealing of 7,000 sq ft of timber floor, carried out alongside a strip-out of previous tenant installations, electrical repairs and testing, and new LED lighting throughout. Tiled floor repairs and full redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces completed the upgrade across the building.
