Project Overview
Complete strip-out and refurbishment of a four-storey commercial office building on a constrained site immediately adjacent to Charing Cross Station. A new steel frame was installed to support plant at roof level, the property was fully rewired, new air-conditioning systems fitted, and the internal layout re-planned to provide open-plan accommodation. External repairs and full internal and external redecoration completed the refurbishment.
