Project Overview

Refurbishment of residential premises, comprising a full strip-out of existing fixtures and fittings followed by complete renewal of internal finishes, services and external areas.

Works included:

• Extensive strip out of all existing fixtures and fittings

• New electrical installation, testing and certification of electrical supplies

• Decorations to all internal and external surfaces

• New floor coverings throughout

• Roofing repairs

• New sanitary ware, including separation of the WC

• Installation of new fire alarms

• Structural repairs to the entrance lobby

• New double-glazed windows and entrance doors

• Extensive landscaping

• Gas supplier reconnection

Approach / Key Challenges

The scope combined a full internal strip-out with structural repairs to the entrance lobby and external landscaping, requiring close coordination between trades to renew fixtures, services, windows and external areas within a single programme.
