Project Overview

Complete refurbishment of the common areas of a four-storey, multi-occupancy commercial building in Covent Garden, combining external repair with internal redecoration. From a designed scaffold, Arden carried out roof repairs and extensive masonry repairs, redecorated all previously painted surfaces, and repaired the rainwater pipes. Internally, the common parts were redecorated to return the building to good order.
