Project Overview

Strip-out and refurbishment of an 8,140 sq ft mid-terrace, light-industrial and office unit arranged over two floors, returning it to a fully lettable standard following the previous tenant’s vacation. The ground-floor warehouse benefits from a 4-metre roller-shutter door and a 4.5-metre clear floor-to-ceiling height, with first-floor offices set over a raised access floor and served by gas-fired central heating and air conditioning. Arden stripped out the tenant’s fixtures and fittings, capped off the remaining services, and carried out mechanical, electrical and life-safety repairs and certification, alongside cladding cleaning and a replacement warehouse roller-shutter door, to ready the unit for re-letting.
