Project Overview
Strip-out and refurbishment of a unit back to open-plan format, returning it to a lettable condition following the vacation of the previous tenant. Arden stripped the unit out, removed the air conditioning and amended the warehouse heating, and laid new carpets and vinyl throughout. NICEIC testing and remedial works and a full test and overhaul of the gas heating system were carried out, with all previously painted surfaces redecorated.
