Project Overview

Complete refurbishment of the external riverside elevation of a six-storey, multi-occupancy residential building, including bespoke terracotta restoration to match the original detailing. From a fully designed scaffold, Arden carried out external structural repairs, specialist DOFF cleaning, roofing and lead repairs, and timber treatment and structural repairs, alongside extensive masonry and brickwork repairs. Window and Timbercare repairs, bespoke terracotta repairs, repairs to the rainwater goods and full redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces completed the works to the river frontage.
