Project Overview

A Category A refurbishment of 7,000 sq ft of commercial office space over two floors, comprising a full strip-out and fit-out of services, lighting and finishes.

Works included:

• Strip out of 7,000 sq ft incl. glazed partitioning, floor coverings, small power, lighting and voice-data

• New lighting scheme design and install

• Electrical alterations, testing and certification

• Professional cleaning of Burgess ceiling tiles

• Fire alarm system coordination for the open-plan layout

• Interface carpet tiles throughout

• Decorations to previously-painted surfaces

Approach / Key Challenges

The two-floor strip-out and refit was coordinated so that lighting design, electrical alterations and fire alarm compliance work were completed and certified together ahead of final decoration and floor coverings.
