Project Overview

Internal and external refurbishment to an occupied residential property for a private client, comprising elevation repairs, redecoration and roof coverings to the side and rear of the building.

Works included:

• Scaffold to the side and rear elevations

• Installation of a 24-hour monitored alarm system

• External elevation works including chemical render repairs and cill replacements

• Decorations to stonework, timber, railings and rainwater pipes

• Timber repairs to window frames and cills

• Applied roof coverings

Approach / Key Challenges

The property remained occupied throughout, with a monitored 24-hour alarm system on the scaffold and elevation, render and roofing repairs confined to the side and rear to limit disruption to the occupied frontage.
