Project Overview

Comprehensive strip-out of a 10,000 sq ft office floor on the fifth storey, returning the space to an open-plan landlord’s shell ready for re-letting. Arden removed the metal ceiling and grid, all tenant-installed access systems and cabling, and the fixtures and fittings — including kitchenettes, reception desks, partitions and carpets — and took the power, water and waste supplies back to the landlord’s supply. Floor boxes and cable trays were removed, the WCs stripped out, fire-stopping repaired, and temporary and emergency lighting installed.

Works included:

• Remove and dispose of the metal ceiling and grid

• Remove all tenant-installed access systems and associated cabling

• Strip out fixtures and fittings, including kitchenettes, reception desks, partitions and carpets

• Take back power, water and waste supplies to the landlord's supply

• Remove floor boxes and cable trays

• Strip out and remove all WCs

• Repairs to fire-stopping

• Temporary and emergency lighting
