Project Overview
This commercial building was scaffolded on all elevations with working platforms at high level to facilitate the re-roofing of the property. Temporary relocation of air conditioning plant and lightning protection systems was undertaken prior to the main works;
The roof works involved the removal of the existing 3 layer waterproofing membrane system and rockwool insulation, reinstatement of new 100mm insulation over metal profile deck and laying of Permanite Ultra prevENt membrane system. New colour matched powder coated aluminium capping was installed to the perimeter parapet walls. Zinc cladding, timber and metalwork were decorated in accordance with Dulux specified paint systems
