Project Overview

A dilapidations project to commercial premises, comprising a full strip-out of fixtures and fittings, asbestos removal, and renewal of electrical, roofing and decorative finishes ahead of return to the landlord.

Works included:

• Extensive asbestos removals

• Reconfiguration of the lighting scheme, alterations, testing and certification of electrical supplies

• Decorations to all previously painted internal and external surfaces

• Removal of existing air conditioning pipework

• Roofing repairs and installation of roof lights

• Full strip out of all existing fixtures and fittings

Approach / Key Challenges

As a dilapidations instruction, the works required asbestos removal and a full strip-out to be completed and certified before electrical, roofing and decorative reinstatement, returning the premises to the condition required under the lease.
