Project Overview

Complete refurbishment of the external areas of a three-storey, multi-occupancy building, carried out from a fully designed scaffold. Arden undertook external structural repairs, roofing and lead repairs, internal timber treatment and structural repairs, and extensive masonry and brickwork repairs. Window and Timbercare repairs, repairs to the rainwater goods and full redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces returned the elevations to good order.
