Project Overview
Strip-out of a commercial unit back to shell and core within the Covent Garden Estate, carried out on a busy, sensitive estate. Arden stripped the unit out, removed all non-loadbearing walls, the dumb waiter and all mechanical and electrical services — including licensed asbestos removal and removal of external ductwork — and reinstated the floors. Hoarding was installed to the front elevation, roofing and roof-light repairs carried out, and temporary fire-alarm and lighting systems provided to keep the surrounding area protected throughout.
