Project Overview
The works to this residential apartment block involved the renewal of the asphalt roof surface laid over new insulation and the installation of new mechanical ductwork. We also carried out works to the external facades including full decorations to existing timber windows, lead replacement and localised stonework repairs. Internally the common parts lighting and power was rewired and emergency lighting installed; all to current IEEE standards.
