Project Overview

Complete strip-out and refurbishment of a four-storey commercial office in the West End, with significant structural content. Arden underpinned the building and damp-proofed the basement areas, and installed a steel-frame roof extension to house new plant together with a new air-conditioning system throughout. New washrooms and kitchens, full interior redecoration and new carpets completed the high-quality refurbishment.
