Project Overview

Complete refurbishment of a basement and ground-floor office building in south-east London, comprising full external elevation repairs and a complete internal fit-out of power, lighting, air conditioning and partitioning.

Works included:

• Full external elevation works including cleaning, repointing and brick repairs

• Damp-proofing to the basement

• New power and lighting, including a new electrical submain

• Full air conditioning installation

• Partitioning and suspended ceilings

• Hardwood timber joinery

Approach / Key Challenges

The basement and ground-floor accommodation required damp-proofing before a complete internal fit-out of power, air conditioning and partitioning, alongside full repair of the external elevations to complete the refurbishment.
