The unit was situated in Hallsville Quarter - Canning Town and is part of a new contemporary living, leisure and retail space currently under development. Many units are currently occupied and open for business therefore is a busy, active site.

Works included:

  • Installation of a new gas pipe within unit C202 and basement car park

  • Core hole drilled through concrete ground floor slab

  • New pipework run through car park level, above head hight from gas meter room

  • Termination of new gas pipework capped off within unit C202
